I’m Vira, founder of Bodied by Vira, a women-led shapewear and fitnesses brand born during the Covid lockdown. Like so many, I struggled with fluctuating weight and insecurities about my appearance. There was no one in the UK catering to the unique needs of women dealing with both weight gain and weight loss, and I felt alone in my journey.
