How Long Does Shipping Take?

• UK Royal Mail First Class signed for: 2-3 working days 
• UK Next Day: 1 working day
• Europe Tracked & Signed: 3-5 working days 
• International Shipping: 4-7 working days  

If you do not receive your parcel between 14 and 21 days, please let us know immediately so that we can raise an investigation. Unfortunately, we are unable to investigate before 14 days due to the policies defined by the shippers. For overseas orders, you may have to pay a customs duty; this depends upon the law of your country. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items delayed in the postal system, as this is beyond our control.
