Placing an order indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions. All payments must be made with your own credit card and with adequate funds to make them. Fraudulent use of credit cards will be reported to the relevant authorities. Your order will be immediately suspended or cancelled if you breach these terms and conditions.

Delivery, Packaging, and Transit Times:

All orders are shipped from our UK office to ensure the highest standard.

How long does it take to process my order?

• UK 48-hour tracked: 2-3 working days 
• UK Next Working Day: 1 working day [orders before 1pm]
• UK Saturday Next Day Delivery: 1 working day [orders placed Friday before 1pm]
• Europe Tracked and Signed: 4-5 working days 
• Rest of the World: 5-8 working days  

Once your order is dispatched, you will be sent a tracking number via email to the email address provided at checkout.

If you do not receive your parcel within 14 to 21 days, please let us know immediately so that we can raise an investigation. Unfortunately, we are unable to investigate before 14 days due to the policies defined by the shippers. We sympathize with those who experience delayed or lost parcels and can only apologize for the inconvenience caused. However, please be advised BODIEDBYVIRA cannot be held liable for this, as it is beyond our control.

For overseas orders, you may have to pay a customs duty; this depends on the law of your country. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items delayed in the postal system, as this is beyond our control.

You have to add at least one address to select it as your billing and delivery address. The billing address has to be the address where your credit or debit card is registered. Please make sure that you provide all the correct details for a successful order to avoid any delays.

For a successful order, the payment transaction has to be approved by the bank. It is important to know that the delivery charges are based on the weight of the item. Your card will automatically be charged at the time of checkout. This is a secure and automated process handled by the square. Please note that we accept all debit and credit cards. Another method accessible to you is bank transfer. Always write your order reference number in the field of bank transfer reference so that we can identify your transaction for quicker processing. Payments can also be deposited directly into our account. In both cases, write your order reference number with the payment so that we can identify your transaction. Once your order is completed and the payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email.

Insurance :

We suggest getting an insurance policy that will help protect your package in the event that it is lost or stolen. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items due to mail-carrying series. Once it leaves the warehouse, BODIEDBYVIRA is no longer responsible for any items​. To ensure the best delivery experience and ensure your package is covered.
