Refunds and Exchanges
At Bodiedbyvira we strive to provide you with products of the highest quality. However, if you need to return or exchange an item, please review the following policy:
**Return and Exchange Fee**
- We charge a flat fee of £4.99 for returns and exchanges.
- This fee covers the cost of processing your return or exchange and sending the exchanged parcel back to you.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to cover these costs on behalf of our customers.
**Important Notes**
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- For exchanges, the new item will be dispatched after the £4.99 fee is paid.
